I never get enough time/energy/ingredients to cycle through all of the various recipes I want to try every week, but I'm working on it. I think part of the reason I keep making all this food is because I want to see which ones people like (or more importantly, which ones I like). Maybe then I will start having a little consistency. Of course, technically SALT is still in the 'soft-opening' for the next couple of weeks, and then the holidays pretty much muck up the food selection until after the new year.
It's a yummy job, but someone has to do it.
