Diet, Day 3 of 30

I'm writing this as best I can for yesterday, but of course I can't remember exactly what I ate and drank.

BREAKFAST: I put on some kind of tea in the morning, I think it was a black tea. And I think for brunch I finished off the remaining pasta of "day zero". It's a whole grain semolina, with chick peas, bell peppers, etc. in tomato sauce.

SNACK/EXERCISE: I snacked on a apple, and got as Grande Soy Latte from Starbucks with my ex (who came over to help me around the house). There wasn't any official exercise planned for the day, but I cleaned and rearranged, and ran an errand or two, and was pretty active. And yes, I realize that the soy milk from Starbucks is a processed food, but they'd probably look at me funny if I brought my own barely processed stuff and asked them to use it.

DINNER: For dinner I took the remaining piece of chicken and the leftover broth and made a chicken & quinoa soup. Put in some carrot and cut up broccoli stalks. That and a medium baked potato was dinner. It was also supposed to go with salad, but I got lazy at the end of the night and ended up not having any. Yes...too lazy to fix food to eat. Instead, I grabbed an Asian pear and munched that down instead.

I stayed up well past my bedtime playing a video game, and left the dishes for this morning.
